
Bodybuilders eat the same foods over and over for fuel and nutrition- not necessarily for taste. Well, it’s the same concept for me, except the foods I eat taste amazing. The way I eat now is my lifestyle- it’s not a diet, It’s my new way of eating. I was able to lose over 35 lbs by eating the same high protein and vegetable foods over and over every day on repeat. I have a grocery app that remembers everything I buy, so I click the button each week, and it sends me the exact same foods. When you have food issues or struggle with an eating disorder, this “routine” way of eating is so easy to follow and stick to- you don’t have to count calories or fat content or count any points ever again. You don’t have to worry about eating too much, because you’re eating a group of foods that help increase your metabolism. On this revivified way of eating, you’re creating a habit and a new routine, so you can allow your brain to focus on other things besides calories, fat grams, and points. This routine will help you eat on “autopilot” the same healthy foods over and over and over.
I had two lovers: Bread and Cheese. I had to break up with bread because we didn’t have a healthy relationship and it was killing my ability to lose weight. These are the foods that I eliminated from my body to jumpstart my metabolism and lose weight: Sugar, bread, processed foods, milk, and anything that has a higher carb content than 6 net carbs per serving. Sugar might taste good to you, but processed sugars aren’t good for you. Eating a lot of refined, added sugars can lead to headaches, low energy levels, and inflammation. Cutting sugar out of your diet will likely decrease inflammation, boost your energy levels, and improve your ability to focus. These are the Foods to Eat on Repeat:
- Protein- lean beef/steak, chicken breast- legs, thighs, fish salmon or cod.
- Eggs
- Cheese
- Almonds
- Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, & Cucumbers
I marinate and season everything with Salt/Pepper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemons

When I eat with family for gatherings or cook at home with the kids- I will make the same foods that I can eat- for example, chicken legs in my air fryer, broccoli, and then I will make steamed rice for the kids, while they eat the rice, I only eat the chicken and broccoli. If I’m eating at my family’s house, I will eat the protein and vegetables or protein and salad- no carbs. If there’s cheese, I will eat the cheese, I just can’t break up with cheese.
