1. If it’s not working- change it.
Commit to changing yourself and your old habits. Are you 40+ and tired of making the same weight loss, New Year’s resolution? Does every year come around and you say, “I want to lose x amount of pounds this year”. Does that sound familiar? I remember every single year for the past 9 years, I wrote down losing weight as one of my resolutions. I was tired of that. I was tired of the old me. I needed an overall life change. I wanted to be a new version of me- healthy, fit, and looking better than ever. I had to change my entire way of thinking. It starts from changing the inside out. Commit to changing the old you.
2. Consistency is key.
Be consistent, repetitive, and form a routine. It takes 21 days to form a habit- They key to my successful transformation was routine, consistency, and repetition. I eat the same foods over and over. I use the same products, and the same supplements, and formed a new routine. The first month I started seeing changes in me, but by 3 months, people started seeing a difference in the way I looked. After 6 months, my body, mind and soul transformed into a new and better 2.0 version of me. I became addicted to the new me.
3. Fad diets and quick-fix weight loss gimmicks, Don’t work.
You have to change your mind into thinking- This my new lifestyle! You are not on a diet- you are changing the way you eat, and making it part of your new lifestyle. I discovered a word throughout my journey- REVIVIFY. Revivify means to restore back to life; give new life to; or revive; Revivify is a new way of life, to reinvent yourself, or create a new and better version of you. A 2.0 version. Revivify is a lifestyle change and a new way of thinking and doing things. I tried every fad diet- Keto, Atkins, South-Beach, 90/10, every quick fix, and even tried just “eating healthy and exercising”, but nothing worked for me, until I changed the way I thought about this new way of eating and living.
4. Love yourself.
I can tell you exactly what I ate for the past year, my exact routine, the daily supplements I still take, etc. Listen- none of that would have ever mattered, if I didn’t practice loving myself first. I struggled with an eating disorder for many years, I had food issues, I was depressed, and didn’t feel worthy. I took care of everyone else first- my two kids, my partner, my parents, everyone else, but never took care of myself. So, I’m telling you- nothing will work unless you focus on yourself first. I had to unleash the authentic me, discover a new and better me and that meant really finding Joy inside of me. I had to repeat daily affirmations- “You are beautiful; You are worthy; You are loved; “You are strong; You are smart; You are amazing! This truly works- speak positive affirmations over you every day and love yourself first.

The Magic Ingredients:
- Make a list
- Strengthen your mind (10 min meditation/music/prayer)
- Revitalize your skin (cellulite cream, moisturizer, and collagen)
- Supplements: Metabolism, Energy, and Focus supplements
- Repeat the same food routine- Nourish your body with the same low carb, no sugar foods day after day.
